can someone explain this interest thing pls

since it is a big interest differential between USD and JPY(almost zero for JPY)

in USD/JPY pair
if I have base in USD , but not much, and go and I buy 100k USD on margin and hold for 20 hours , would I pay interest $11 (or so) or I'd be receiving the interest ?
