Not a cash cow since there's no cash flow to investors.

Ever read/hear about the cattle ranch vs dairy farm to capital gains vs cash flow comparison?

I'm ok with the capital gains. And we all know that the cows need to be fattened a whole lot more than they currently are! None of us want to slaughter our currently skinny cows.
