'arkgoff', normally, R/S's are for failing companies that can't make any money at what they say they are good at. You say you have done personal and collective DD, then what can AMEP do differently after the R/S compared to what they are doing now. If AMEP doesn't get big investors to finance their operations, the R/S will continue to dwindle even after the R/S or not. You see, R/S's is just a temporary fix that prolongs the agonny of not being successfull. Companies normally do reverse splits after diluting the company into oblivion and wind up with billions and billions of worthless shares.imo

AMEP should do a forward split, because forward splits are normally done by successful company.imo Of course, I know they can't because they are not making any money.

Please enlighten me on your DD as to why AMEP should do the reverse split?
