At the current price
I think TEXG is alreadly cut in half - if we assume that the share price was going to be valued at $6.75 for the exchange with Westar - to account for the stock dividend(which in all practical purposes is equal to a stock split).
I sent an email to Steve Taylor asking about the number of shares of Westar we will receive but have not heard from him.
I will post if I get a reply.
I urge everyone to call or send emails to Steve Taylor to show our interest in the stock - may be it will make a difference and they will keeping us more informed.
