Note how the CEO of amep wont release the results of the drilling of the High, the 11 or the 12...but he wants 30% of the company in his RS power grab because HE has the flow figures and knows what he has with amep....Looks like big producing fields and if the RS is approved he will be a very rich man at the expense of the shareholders....The company has no debt and he wont go to a bank....just wants to grab shares and control it all....I never saw that coming....when i returned from canada on June 8 the chart was pointing up and the stock was .o64....one month later....028....nasty, no two ways about it.....If the RS fails, which i hope it does, they can drill slow and watch it flow....should be a really nasty battle until the vote.
