A shareholder lawsuit will just tie up your money(what little is left) for years, they almost never work out.

That is the worst case scenario. It seems CB is confident that this thing will pass. Who actully counts the votes?? just curious...

Just don't see how CB has a trustworthy leg to stand on here.

What has he done for the shareholders in the past year??

And boy, the big touters of this stock have been silenced. I guess they cashed their checks.
