Help me understand something that has been posted about CB and his preferred shares.
It is said that he can only convert his preferred at 1% per quarter or is it that he could only sell the common (after conversion) at 1% per quarter.

I have been reading the 10Q's and have yet to find any mention of the 1% per quarter for anything. Have I missed it?
