***What do you have besides a PR that SHOWS umining having anything? If they had valuation, CURRENT N.I.'S PROVING as such then it might be a different story.........but instead you have tanking PPS.........NO N.I.'s...............NO FORM 10............and a CEO who is using two different names.......thats reality my friend....and that is why this PPS sits where it is at...........the company wont even tell you who the geologist is......that is telling as well..........smokenmirrors just like in all other cortllazzi/demontigny companies.........PR after PR after PR......as the PPS goes lower.....and lower and lower........then POOF! NEW BUSINESS PLAN...NEW TICKER SYMBOLS........NEW COMPANY NAMES..........NEW OFFICERS.........and then they start the whole process over again never producing what they said they would.......and blaming everyone and anything along the way for not doing what they said they would.........How is that ETHANOL Coming along that they had many...many PR's on? as I type this the PPS has now sunk into the .04 range again as the dumping continues........I would recommend to ALL INVESTED to GET ON THE PHONE WITH Mr.DEMONTIGNY or the TRANSFER AGENT and find out the share structure ASAP.........if you think there is not additional DILUTION OCCURRING AS I TYPE THIS THINK AGAIN............pure speculation on my part but if I was invested I would be demanding some answers from AKA and company.........I challenge anyone to post the CURRENT SHARE STRUCTURE AS OF TODAYS DATE.......if they cant because the company wont release those numbers then you will have your answer on the DILUTION........
