roach, re your find:

I had a horrible thought last night that they were spinning off the directional drilling component to a separate company, thus siphoning off a chunk of PBLS's revenues (the head of another company I'm in has possibly done that--created a side company and given what should have been the first company's business to it)...any thoughts?
