Why the big payout?
First of all, all IMHO, its on paper. So it really means nothing. I believe this is an orchstrated attempt to own the compnay outright. And here is why I think so::
Somehow, this RS is going to pass. Don't know how, but it will.
After the RS passes and the stock price is set at .75 or so, It will then slide back down to between .04 and .10 cents. This gives Bitters his money back and control of the compnay.
At .10 cents, he gets $1M for his 500k investment, not bad. Plus between him and his'executive', they will control the compnay.
Plus he gets to give all his buddie 'executives' shares that I am sure he promised them long ago.
So, yes I took a beating on this stock. Down 50% right now. But I have seen this happen before and I wont be around for the long haul. Although the 'reserves' they they claim to have may be worth something, the will dilute the stock so much that you wont releize any gains from it. If they had any real "good news" to report, dont you think they would have done so already if they had the shareholders interest in mind??
Its been a year and a half and he has shown us alomost nothing, he saved the big PR (#11) for his RS scam.
I no longer trust CB at all. He has lost ALL credability with me. He has done NOTHING for the shareholder up til now, why do you think he will change anytime soon.
I knew this stock was a gamble, all OTC's are. I played and lost like everyone here.
So, believe if your blind, but its so obvious to me what is happening. I will be out of this stock completely in short order.
I cant say the noraml GLTA, because I think luck is out of the equation now. CB is an old , set in his ways, O&G man with only him and his cronines on his radar.
