1. there is no proof of Gary Wadkins in the filing being the same as the one that registered the name. In TX alone there are at least 2 Gary Wadkins.
2. there is thus no proof of any past relation between that Gary and James
3. there is also no proof of any current relation between any Gary and James
4. there is no proof of any current relation between any Gary and BIGN
5. When asked about this topic I got this response :
"Regarding Gary Wadkins, Gary is not affiliated with BIGN in any capacity. He is a business associate of James Lancaster and assists him occasionally. His name is on the application for name change simply because James had him apply and used his personal credit card to process the application. We have no legal reason to be concerned about Mr. Wadkins."
