PACER Update:
Motions to Quash Depositions of Fitter and Toohey: Overruled.

I don't understand what this means - can you explain???? Is this good or bad for us longs - or neither one????? Sorry - I find this all sometimes confusing - wish I understood more of all that is going on!!!!
