I sent my certs in last week through a TDAM rep...they were accepted and placed in my account. After 24 hours they were removed. I called the broker's organization dept today when i noticed they were removed and it was the same situation as Pete...no TA to receive the cert at this time. TDAM continues to say that AST&T is the TA (they get their info from Bloomberg) but we know that is not true at this time. TDAM is mailing the certs back to me...all this was today.
