Do not assume that this game is over. There are still battles to be fought. Shareholders have a right to restitution from officers, directors and those who may have aided and abetted this fraud and were in a position to know that something wrong was going on. The details of how this scam went down will be provided during the trial. Millions may yet be recoverable depending on the circumstances. That's the only reason I am still here. The company is toast as a business as best I can tell.
