Well I sure hope Govil backs off the dilution before he makes that move. He has told me on more than one occasion that there will be an RS associated with moving to the BB. And there is no question in my mind that the slimeball will do it.

That guy has turned out to be one huge disappointment but I guess he needs to raise money for his second rate film biz.
