You must be confusing me w TR "the basement accountant" w the dank history. Not only does mine have mongo thick foundation walls, it has a self designed drain "system" in place. Once I pour a slab, it's gonna be semi-posh, in a bomb shelter sort of way. LOL
Besides....the camper shell, despite a roof seal, and several tubes of caulk, still leaks at the slanted window. It does have neat camo netting on it tho.
Which all kinda reminds me.....did I ever tellya about the homeless lady I once found a while back, living in the crawl space of a rental I own. If I'm not mistaken she usta say LOLOLOLOL a lot. Not sure if she used the word "dolt" tho.
