Well......

PBLS is approaching 4 million shares traded today.
That is 1/500 of the outstanding shares or .02%.

What does this tell us.

1. Shareholders are so happy with their position that they are willing to hold and stay long?

2. Shares available for trade may not really be 2 billion?

3. We have no idea what the hell is going on?

4. We have conflicting information, inadequate information, speculation, delay and frustration.

If PBLS is going to attain "current information" status we will have answers soon.
