It would be interesting to see the actual numbers. Always seems to be some variation. In 2003 the GDP was only around $30 Million and back in 1997 there debt ratio was at like 700% This is why the debt load had to be and is being reduced and 80% is needed at the least.(imo) HCL passes and GDP should rise. Now about those 21 trillion dinar.
