Why did they not drill WY? They PR'ed a Permit for a well and then nothing.

We all have our theories here. I at one time really believed a lot of what they are saying. Now I could take a legal pad and number lines 1 - 25 and it would not take long to list the "let downs" and the BS in PR's and personal conversations.
