OT- career survey
You have a consulting business that has been doing quite well but are looking to get back in full-time with a company. You have been working in Med Affairs, Clinical Development, marketing and some Bus Dev.
You would like to start looking now and try to land something by end of Q3 and would like to stay at theat company for about 3 yrs.
You have a choice of companies in the SF Bay Area. Where would you go?
My main criterion are:
wealth generation
ethics
good management
good platform or product
Ideally, i would like to work for a company that has a reasonable possibility for 200% return over the next 3 yrs and has a good quality ethical mgmt team.
