Depends on drilling results. If they are good then they could do their own SAGD for income while developing drilling other areas. Eagle's Nest (Do they still own this) if so I would drill the crap out of it if indeed there are 3.4 billion BBL/s of bitumen in place. That alone would beat the crap out of the BlackRock & DeerCreek buy-outs or could turn into a UTS play. Wage inflation is a killer up there as well. I was in the IBEW and some traveler friends have gone up to projects like OPTI and are being paid near $100 per hour, only work 20 min per hour outside in the winter and their work camps are like marroit hotels so thay get three hots & a cot free. Talk about putting some serour cash in the bank for the next five years.
Question for you... Was the road block just general crap or was it directed at BQI.
As for PBLS; find the floor and load up. They will do rense-repeat runs until no one believes them. I have seen several doubls, a tripple, and several good one - two day arches here with pleanty of volume to enter & escape.
