Cassie..I know...In my line of work....If you cannot get the job done, you are replaced..It seems to be so commonplace in the business community ( large and small businesses alike) that upper management runs its business into the ground...Their egos will not let them step down for failing the shareholders..and of course...they do not want to give up their way too lofty salaries...
