I never agreed with the Billion figure. I just explained how ProGas functioned and what it's target nitch was. In the past year I do not believe that PBLS has respected that nitch and went after bigger fish, something ProGas was not designed to do and the person (Not J Burge) they gave the job to expand the business was totally not experienced to do it. Get your chit straight.

If they had a chance in hell of suppling Murphy Oil refineries with crude then they chose the wrong person to do it. You once told me under another "name" that "In another world you would give me a heads-up". Believe me I am waiting for one thing to happen here and then logic of their old behavior will allow people to flip the dog crap out of this one until the dogs come home...
