It seems it is so easy for people outside looking in to know all about how this company should be run. In their eyes there should be this perfect company with never ending cash flow that is always enough to make payroll and all the other expenses involved to keep this company alive and maintaining a SP making us all rich.
Some also seem to think they have all the answers as to what should and should not be done.(always) yet, with all this business knowledge and know how, they put their hard earned money into someone else company, rather than take all their own money/knowledge and buy a shell/company and run it just how they see fit. (with their own money and NEVER EVER use any shareholders money because they have it all figured out, and would certainly never have to do that.)
If there was all this money floating around, there would be no need for shareholders....period.
I say if you want in control, go do your own thing and never invest in a company that you can not control. "CONTROL and MONEY" is he real issue here.
No one turns a blind eye to what they feel the company can do better. We all have had our say. While some choose to get angry because they blame the company for their choice to buy the stock, others are of the idea it was our own choice to buy the stock, and win, lose or draw, we take responsibility for the decision we made no matter what the outcome is.
