Per the PM's I received...

this topic has been discussed in detail for some time, including in the old RB posts. I will not answer because I don't know the significance of the question. BUT, the information that is desired in easily accessable on the RB posts of old.

Tell me publicly, the exact significance of the question, and I will then determine whether I should answer. Personally, I don't see a problem with the question, but I see a problem with the person's motives asking the question.
