wlbne...I dont have the private access....thanks for the thought....I am not sure of what active role i will take...I am waiting on the PR or letter or whatever form of notice the company puts out....This board is blessed to have so many intelligent posters who now have their eyes wide open....The evil is not a R/S per se but rather the TWIN TOWERS of deception: the preferreds and the A/S after the split....JMHO
