I am sending another email to Jocelyne David, Investigator Autorité des marchés financiers

I want to know if it is appropriate, and ok with the board, if I include the following information at the bottom of my letter:

The reasoning being is that she is not replying to me, so I thought I would throw her a bone to catch her attention.

I want to know if they have concluded their investigation of ACMG or if it is still ongoing.

If MORE THAN two members object, I will not include the shareholder info in my letter.

BTW, I am a member of a stock internet board and we are in the process of compiling the number of acmg shareholders and the shares that they own.

Currently, 69 shareholders have responded. 45 of these 69 have told me the amount of shares they own.
The total of shares owned, so far, by these ACMG shareholders is 16, 639,561 of the 45 million float.
I expect by the time we are finished compiling this list, we will own 25 million shares of ACMG.PK
