I am new to the Board but have been following the Board's discussions for quite a few months and can put me down for 800,000 shares owned.

One area of discussion in the past has been the market maker/transfer agent in the stock being investigated where other stocks being handled by this company have been suspended to trade...would someone please educate me on exactly what has taken place concerning this transfer agent and what a transfer agent does for a company? Is ACMG the only remaining company not suspended or are there others. Also what is the relationship between the TA and a particular company stock that would justify the suspension in trading that company's stock? Wasn't there a group of companies on suspension? Does anyone know if these companies are still suspended or have they progressed in some form or manner to be able to trade again?
