Since Jocelyne contacted you, do you mind sending her an email, asking her if Alcar is still being investigated by her department?

I sent her an email but she never replied to me.

I would just ask the same, or similar, question i have written above.
If you ask too many questions, or request too much info, she might ignore you also.
