I don't take your point. In that case the SEC did a poor job of finding and presenting evidence, and lost the case. I don't see any miscarriage of justice there. The defendants won. Yes, the SEC should never have brought the case, and those responsible for doing so should be punished.

But what's that got to do with USXP? The SEC has WON its case, and their evidence is, I'd say, indisputable.
