Forget about the SEC and RA attacking each other. This guy said two weeks ago that they are days away from closing in on the oil and gas. What the hell is he waiting for? I hope none of you are actually waiting for a trial on the appeal proccess. The SEC will take him down now before trial. Whether or not RA is a scumbag it doesnt matter. If the SEC wants him out they will find a way. This thing is coming to an end. If we are going to make any money its now. If RA wants to prove to everybody that he is for real he will come out with some funding. Forget about naked short selling. Whether naked short selling is for real who cares. If RA reveals the oil and gas or Arab funding then the stock will rise and everybody will make money. I could undestand why some of you are upset with the SEC but at the same time what happens if RA does not come through with his funding or his oil and gas. Are we going to blame the SEC for that?
