Big change on the web-site which is going to make a lot of people happy. My " Titles on order or not released " queue has been cleaned out. I went back into the DVD search and looked for a couple that I really wanted to see e.g. Seraphim Falls and The Last Confederate - they came up in the search, however, the rent button had a faded colour to it. When I clicked on it for both films a box appeared that said " This title is not currently available for rental".

This shows J.F. is still listening and making positive changes. I know we have all been complaining for a long time that you can have a film on order forever and it is never added to the queue. I am sure there was a huge amount of churn due to this. Well at least now they are being honest and saying we just don't have it to rent. I think this is a big improvement and the transparency should hopefully reduce the churn rate. What does anyone else think?
