This shows J.F. is still listening and making positive changes. I know we have all been complaining for a long time that you can have a film on order forever and it is never added to the queue. I am sure there was a huge amount of churn due to this. Well at least now they are being honest and saying we just don't have it to rent. I think this is a big improvement and the transparency should hopefully reduce the churn rate. What does anyone else think?
