I tend to agree that no halt by the SEC will happen. Spamming is not a crime. The actual SEC halt order, regarding those bulk suspensions, specified the usual, vague "Questions have arisen..." crap. They halted trading in that mass suspension case because 1. they could, and 2. it gave them a headline. They pull this stuff almost like they're on a schedule, in fact. Two a year. They probably think it creates a positive, crime-busting image in the mind of the public.

The real concern of ETMO shareholders should be maintaining its pink sheets venue. I have no idea if the removal of the quote from The Pink Sheets is old news, or just happened. The Pink Sheets is tending to over-react these days, and - being a private company with a stake in maintaining some shred of respectability - can and will do what they think accomplishes this.

Anyway, I have only a small position here. No hidden agenda - and, as I said, I hope this is old news.
