I left a phone message for Edward Sullivan yesterday. He's the counsel for plaintiff in SEC vs. Furlong, et al. It was late afternoon when I contacted him and he was not in his office. Don't know if he'll respond or not...he may be precluded from commenting on anything.

As a shareholder in NMCX I simply want to know if I should be concerned about this litigation.

Will post any information that is relayed by Mr. Sullivan's office.
