So exactly how does the CEO of TFN distance himself from a board chairman???

It may be more correct to state that Mike Garrow has distanced himself from BKMP and anything to do with the public trading of BKMP stock and its shareholders....of course IMO that is exactly the plan...convenient also!

BKMP shareholders fund TFN growth and development.
SW gets a chairman position on TFN presumably with preferred perks and ownership.
MG gets to build TFN.

BKMP shareholders are footing the bill and may see nothing for it!

I believe it is called "collusion" IMO!

MG is fully knowlegable about everything happening with BKMP and chooses to do nothing for his/TFN's true investors (again in MO).
