The simplist answer if often the best answer: The BIG BOYS want thousands of new acres to lease in and around our leases!!! CB hasnt released the current production numbers for 11 and 12...CB PRESENTLY owns minimal shares of amep(for a ceo)...the share price has dropped almost 50% since the Pre 14 find by an infrequent poster....CB threatens to fold the tent if he doesnt get the RS and 30% ownership which will enrich him in amep shares....so, is the fox guarding the hen house? Simple answer may be: POWER GRAB by CB...the big boys are begging for leasees and buying em up like crazy....remember one thing "even CB admists they can go slow without the RS....JC said the same...so go slow and vote down the RS if the A/S and preferred remain as we suspect...CB has to disclose production on 11 and 12 and inform SHAREHOLDERS or the vote fails.
