Reverse Split Concern OR No Concern

I am a stockholder in EFGO and plan on holding the stock
until it hits at least .05 a share. I plan on holding the stock
until May 08, after the 1st quarter 2008 financials are reported. That would be 3 quarters of solid profits.

My only concern is if the company does a reverse split of
the shares to reduce the O/S.

I would not think they would do this since Mr Winter and Mr. Chang are being paid in stock.

Do I have a concern here. If not would someone explain why I should not be concerned.
