Linsure Seeks Mortgage Banking License in Bulgaria

HOUSTON - March 16, 2005 - Linsure Holdings, Inc. (NQB:LSHJ) announced today that it will proceed with a full application for a primary banking license in Bulgaria. In meetings with a representative of the Bulgarian government last week, agreement was reached that Linsure “would if” successful in its application; focus on providing homeowner mortgage loans in what is a rapidly growing market economy. CEO Paul Taylor on returning from the meetings said “Bulgaria already has an established (90%) homeownership culture. As the economy grows however, the need for improved, larger housing stock will grow with it. The best way to provide for this is by prudently increasing mortgage availability at a growing rate that the domestic economy can handle securely.”

“The potential to grow a profitable retail bank in this sector is huge, particularly following Bulgaria’s proposed entry to the EU in two years time. Whilst homeownership is proportionally already very high, access to, or use of mortgage products is not. We intend to change this”, said Taylor.

Linsure will formally present the application to the Bulgarian Banking Commission in May.
