I am not sure if it is not required. This is what I found on the SEC websit:
"Neither the Pink Sheets nor the OTC Bulletin Board has listing standards, although the SEC requires companies to be current in their filings before their stock can be quoted on the OTCBB."
what ever this means.
I hope they file one soon.
The fact they don't update their websites is also a problem. But at least Steven Taylor wrote back - even though we might have to take what he says with a grain of salt.
I am very nervous about holding these shares too. I may sell some before the symbol change if we know the date. I am hoping it will go up a little more before that. We can always buy back after the dust settles.
