I'm afraid to say I think there is definitly a 504 or some other form of stock sales in AUMN's future. With RSDS unable to sell for another 5 months via 504, they still need operating funds. It all seems to be part of Berman's plan. At least it limits the harm to RSDS is about all I can say...
