The percentage of dilution is extremely high, we all know that 1 mill shares was way too low but I don't see how that news would help the PPS even short term, we need more details to make a good opinion if we have a 5-10 bagger or not. I honestly don't know what to make of it yet. Still a long waiting game IMO.
