IRVINE, Calif. (July 3, 2007) - Market News First's own Saul Albom had a chance to talk with Peter Michaels, CEO of Hop-On Inc. (Pinksheets: HPNN) this afternoon, and discovered that the company is taking steps to becoming a more legitimate entity in the eyes of its shareholders.

According to Michaels, the company is currently undergoing an audit to be listed on the OTCBB.

"Back in May, we had our shareholder's meeting and I promised I would get the audit done within 90 days," Michaels told MN1. "We're having this audit completed and becoming a fully reported public company. This is going to create huge equity for our Hop-On shareholders."

A publicly traded company that develops innovative new products and services that make communication easier, Hop-On reportedly strives to extend the benefits of modern telecommunications to a broader population through new and existing technologies.

Michaels also took time to address the naked short-selling that some shareholders have reported are occurring to Hop-On's stocks, citing that "numerous, startling phone calls" had finally pushed him to make a comment.

"I'm getting numerous, startling phone calls from stockholders complaining about naked short-selling and the failure to deliver shares," Michaels said. "What I'm really excited about, though, is the SEC's recent vote to take steps to tighten the short-selling provisions so our market movers and investors are better served. I anticipate this new rule will help our shareholders and shareholder value. It'll be able to stop these market movers from playing games."

In addition to getting filed with the OTCBB, the company is currently pursuing litigation on "dozens of companies" for violations or infringements on their license agreements. Although Michaels wouldn't list any companies by name, he did say that these names will be released "shortly," that the companies involved are "already public," and that the legal issues with one of the companies involving a trademark infringement issue with one of Hop-On's brands, Graffiti Wireless.

"We think we're going to be very successful with that litigation," Michaels said.
