I think may be they think that 1 for 1 dividend is less confusing to us than this valueation of Texar at 6.75 etc.
But in any case I am happy to get hold of some one who will respond to our questions.
I also called Steven Taylor and asked about the 8K and he said as a otc stock they are not required to but may file any way.
