Thanks for the info!
Just from watching the video from the link that was posted, it gave the impression that they were now part of Phoenix and I was just following through on that speculation.

That would be logistically feasable to have shops set up to the North, South East and South West that perform maint. and rebuilds on the Lear lines.

Sadly, it is just speculation until we are given another bone.
