Hi,

I seldom post but I like Airedale's system and I've being trying to duplicate his work on my own.

I can tell you: "Knowing the names of the current cycles" (a.k.a. Phasing) is the part that I find most difficult and closer to "art"


So I, for one, would disagree with your statement.

pmiles identification of the cycle phase (whether right or wrong) it's OK by me.
