SUBJECT: KDS at MnVAP

The first Machine is online with modifications and adjustments made. They are waiting for permits from Minnesota Polution
Control so they can test the Machines. Please note: They can not even test the Machine without the Permits. If I understood correctly they have been waiting for these permits almost a year.

The GM is very pleased with FASC so far and has high expectations for the KDS. The hold up is at the state Government and possibly political? per GM

When it is up and running I will be going to visit the site. I have other interests in the area to visit as well.
