I don't make a point of memorizing individual posts here... but I do seem to recall that PTEL emphatically stated (in response to a question) that they would not be using 504s to finance operations. But yet Lem has detected quite a lot of that. Given the recent price history, 5MM shares is well over a million dollars in 504s.

And.... why would management (or some other person) sell off another $2 million + of PTEL shares?? Doesn't that mean they must forfeit the A2A divvy on those shares???

There's that "sniff test" again... MDFY never passed it... and PTEL is starting to build up a similar record.
