the DD timeframe for the ElectroWave and Mako acquisitions could be and will likely be very different. if the timeframe is similar then the end of August could be when the Mako acquisition is complete.

DPDW also released a PR announcing $450,000 in Electrowave orders between the LOI and completion so they could do the same for Mako.
