Texas Jerry, I'm a HS bball coach. On every team you have leaders and followers.Both are needed to make a team gel as one, for any attempted success in whatever your goals are. Here at the HUB there are a lot of variables taken out of (OUR) game with ACMG already LACK of communication is one. There comes a time when you're down by 20 points LIKE WE ARE in the 4th quarter and coming together as a team LIKE WE'VE shown this week is good for the whole (PROGRAM).When the chips are down leaders will emerge LIKE THIS WEEK and try to pull everybody together WIN or LOOSE. Theres also everyonce in a while on a team what us coach's like to call a CANCER. This is a person who can bring down the whole team, no matter
how good his or her talent is. When negativity runs high in a team such as ours and the team asks that player to stop!! A true teammate will consider his team and either rally around them or quite the team.By being so negative you take HOPE away from a possible WIN.
