There was activity in the first half of the day. I left a sell at .18 around 1:15P EDT but it never executed. My Scottrade now shows 0.00 bid & ask. Very strange. It looks like some brokers are trading and some aren't. According to the SEC website, after a trading halt, it is left up to the individual market makers to continue trading the shares or to refuse. I'll try and get a personal reading from someone at Scottrade tomorrow AM.
